Texas Rising Star (TRS):

We are a 4- star level Center under Texas Rising Star program. 4-star is the highest level of TRS a child care center can achieve under this program by proving their excellence and meeting all standards.

The Texas Rising Star program is “a voluntary, quality-based child care rating system of child care providers participating in the Texas Workforce Commission’s subsidized child care program.” TRS Certification is available to Licensed Center and Licensed and Registered Child Care Home providers who meet the certification criteria. The TRS Provider certification system offers three levels of certification (Two-Star, Three-Star, and Four-Star) to encourage providers to attain progressively higher certification requirements leading to a Four-Star level.

Educational First Step (EFS) :

We are also a part of a Program “Educational First Step”. Under this program, We are working with EFS on becoming nationally accredited for The National Accreditation Commission (NAC). The National Accreditation Commission for Early Care and Education Programs offers early childhood leaders the opportunity to demonstrate and document quality performance using research-based criteria and evidence-based practices. The National Accreditation Commission provides a comprehensive, ongoing quality improvement system that recognizes the inherent diversity among programs through the self-study and award process. The mission of Educational First Steps (EFS) is to increase the availability of quality early childhood education for economically disadvantaged children.
